What is APRC?

In short

The annual percentage rate of charge, the figure that puts the true yearly cost of borrowing in one number.

The APRC is the annual percentage rate of charge. It rolls the interest rate together with other costs, so it shows what borrowing really costs you in a year. It is the figure to compare across lenders, because a low rate with heavy fees can carry a higher APRC. AffinityPlus Credit Union has an APRC of 7.516%, the highest of the brands listed. Alinma charges 7.27%, ActivoBank 4.3% and 1822direkt 3.97%. Achieve publishes an APRC of 5.75% to 15.17%, so the price depends on your own deal.
